Over the past 10 years I think we've gone through 4 sets of soap dispensers. This product is hands down the best we've bought. When I first opened the package they were light weight and I was worried they would be cheap and flimsy. They were easier to install than any others we've had before, the size of the soap holder is larger than any we've had before, the finish is nice, the spout extension is longer and more adequate than any other, the ease of the pump is terrific, and the amount of soap that gets disbursed is perfect. I love having two dispensers at my kitchen sink (one for Dawn and one for hand soap, or you could use a second for lotion as long as your sink has enough holes. The price was more reasonable than any of the previous dispensers that I purchased from the depot store. The reviews I read helped me chose this product. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my own review to make sure I reported accurately. I'm even more pleased now. You shouldn't be disappointing in this product. The delivery was even quicker than I had expected. I am very happy!

This handsome little number sits unnoticed by the new pull-down faucet but will fill two purposes--getting rid of all those bottles and soap dishes which clutter and look messy, and putting Dawn (or your choice dish soap) in the dispenser allow use for either doing dishes in the sink or washing hands. The spout points down at the end so that you can count on it going in the sink or on your hands, not out in space. I am not able to rate or recommend at this time but will do so in time. I know I am going to like it just for the convenience of filling from the top.UPDATE: This handy soap dispenser is in full use now, and I'm so pleased with the look and neatness it provides. I used to have a large bottle of dish soap, hand soap, scrubbers, and sanitizers on my counter top, but now have this small, attractive, brushed nickle dispenser that matches my new water faucet, and my granite counter tops get full stage now.

The dispenser looks attractive and appears to be functional. It is not as sturdy (plastic instead of metal) compared to the one it is replacing, but only time will tell on that. My main complaint is the seller won't stop barraging me with emails. One email to make sure I received it and installed okay would have been fine, but daily emails and now continued pleading for a review--sorry, that's too much!PS, Seller offered to discount the item, which is definitely a nice gesture of good faith. Hopefully they will reduce their email barrage.

Straight forward to install; decent quality and robust enough for home use. Not clear to me the price premium I paid for this vs similarly priced dispensers in big box store was worth it.It is fussy about what soap you use. It works fine with Palmolive Ultra but Kroger store brand is a disaster because it gets gummy in the spout which means you need to put more pressure on dispenser and when it suddenly unplugs the clot of soap in the nozzle causes soap to spit out in random direction. In the dispenser installation directions there was reference to a kit to replace the soap reservoir with a tube to your bulk bottle of detergent. That would be worth having as dispenser is difficult to get full but not too full.

I'm very happy with this dispenser. I was tired of the one from HD always corroding after a while. Metal parts sound good until they start corroding. I was looking for a plastic shaft with a plastic nut so that it can't corrode.

This product is what I was looking for. I had originally purchased the Kräus matte black dispenser, but it would drip for about 5-10 seconds each time the pump was pressed. The design of the Kräus makes it to where the pump return is slow, and that makes it dribble soap until it has completed the return. If I were able to replace their spring with a stronger one, it would have helped, but it’s a sealed spring system.I was hesitant to buy this Kimi Cuisine one, not being a brand I’m familiar with. However, it is matte black and looks exactly like the Kräus model. The only difference in the two models, is the Kimi Cuisine one operates as intended. It’s a good pump that returns upright quickly. Therefore, it does not dribble soap. I sure didn’t want to keep wasting soap with the other one, nor did I want to continue holding the sponge under the pump for 10 seconds. That gets old rather quick.I would recommend this product to anybody looking for a dispenser. Whether matte black, stainless, whatever finish is needed. If anybody is to ask for my assistance in choosing a dispenser, this is the first one I would point them toward. This is a well built dispenser that looks like top brand models, and performs above the standards of top brand models.I have yet to add a long hose into my soap jug, so I’ve only used the screw on container that the pump comes with. I don’t see how that would affect the performance, but I wanted to make that clear. I’ve only used it in the configuration it arrives with.

The soap dispenser was easy to install. The brushed nickel matches the rest of our sink hardware. Like the larger soap container so that we don't have to fill up as often. With diluting our dish detergent, we use one cup of soap and one cup of water. It fills it up with enough room to put the dispenser back in without worry of running over. Thank you for a good product and would definitely recommend product and seller.
Cheryl Ann Myers
Very satisfied. I have had other dispensers before, but I like this one most of all. The one thing I especially like is the fact that it does not lose its prime. The other dispensers I would have to pump several times to get anything to come out. This dispenser has yet disappoint! It is just as described, arrived on time and was a cinch to install. I highly recommend!
Amazon Customer
A Few weeks after installed the pump doesn't work. I have to manually lift head and nozzle of dispenser every time I need soap. No longer pumps, whole nozzle piece stays low and as I said I have to manually lift up. Very disappointed with this product. Would not buy again or recommend to anyone.

I installed this product on my counter. The directions were pretty straight forward and there are illustrations for each step. The only difficulty I had was while installing the washer and nut on the base. As I was tightening the nut, the top of the unit began to turn. I easily dealt with this problem by taping down the pump part to the counter with packing tape. I was then able to lightly hand tighten the nut. It was a tight squeeze working under the sink, but overall a simple process with easy to follow instructions. It looks sleek and professional and we all love it.
Fern
Really happy with this. Matched my Pfister brushed metal faucet perfectly and was really easy to install. Large capacity and top-filling feature is really convenient. Totally satisfied with it. (Now I just need to replace my ugly sink and countertop!)
Cincy Mary
I am really pleased with the quality of this soap dispenser. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the fact that the pump does not like to dispense a small amount of detergent. You have to depress it fully and then a large squirt of soap comes out. We are dealing with this by giving it an abrupt 'tap' if we want a small amount of soap. We did not have this problem with the soap dispenser that we had to replace. But we have adapted....
damperdancer
Product was very easy to install works very well handles heavy liquid hand soap. our other dispenser only used dish detergent
bruce
So convenient. We are using it to dispense dish soap. The amount dispensed is just right (about a nickel-sized dollop). The spout is long and hangs out over the sink, which makes it easy to use. The reservoir (17 oz) is larger than other ones I researched. And it fills from the top, so I don’t have to crawl under the sink. The brushed nickel matches perfectly my new Ruvati workstation sink (which I also love)!

I am a homebuilder and use Moen products exclusively. My existing soap dispenser, after a few years and a few warrantied replacements, had become a unusable fixture sitting next to an ugly plastic bottle of dishwashing soap on our kitchen sink.. Tired of playing games with Moen, I purchased this for half the price and am happy I did. Just hope it lasts more than a few years.
Carissa
Seems to be worth the extra dollars. Smmooth action and each squirt is enough for a sponge. I am glad i chose this unit over the cheaper ones. Paired with the silicone hose that goes into a big bottle of soap, this is a great addition to my sink
troy c curulla
Was very easy to install. It dispenses the right amount of soap with 1 compression and has a good extension into the sink. From where the mounting hole is on the granite. I believe the hole was drilled by the builder to the standard distance from the edge of the sink. I also love the larger capacity bottle. Excellent product!
Jester
So very tired of installed pumps that always need to be filled. I bought this and installed a hose into a very large soap container from Costco. Oh, it's wonderful now. I pump out loads of liquid soap and always have plenty more if needed.
Nicholas Walsh
This one works. Don't buy the other ones. I've bought them. They work for 3 days or so and then quit. This one works awesome. No struggling to get the dish washing liquid to come out. doesn't leak. Does what it's supposed to. Looks nice too.
Jason Zaideman
Clean looks, simple and does the work. Be mindful to not fill it to the brim. I read some reviews that mentioned not to do it. I only pour enough soap to last for a week. Since you fill from the top it is not a lot of hassle.
NanVen
Exactly as described and easy install. From opening the package until installed and filled with soap was about 5 minutes. It dispenses just the right amount of dish soap and I like how this model has a little more reach than many others I was considering since the mounting hole was set back a little from the edge.
Gwok
Just installed and used briefly but install was easy, needed an extra hand from my 5yr old to hold top to keep from rotating. Works great for thick quartz top and under mount sink. Our last one the thread was too short, this one is great.
H House
It looks nice. Comes with a larger container than our original. Can refill from the top, which is a plus. My only issue is that the plunger sticks, so when it releases, soap dispenses more than needed under pressure.
juneausap
And that might be my fault but for the price I would have thought it would have been HIGHER QUILITY! Very disappointed! All plastic
Cirle K Book Sales
Item broke today, the bottle broke off at the threads. It’s now in the trash and I must buy a new one.
Amazon Customer
It's simple, looks good, works well, installed in 5 minutes.
Nancy
I liked the soap dispenser, however, I expected it to be a little bigger and more sturdy. It looks good with new faucet!
Kindle Customer
I sm so happy with this dispenser. I want one that is fillable from the top and pumps easily. It is perfect. Great quality. Easy installation
Skyblomde
This was easy to install once I maneuvered under the sink to access the hole. Every time I press down on the pump, plenty of soap comes out each and every time reliably. All you need is to press once, not several times like some other cheap ones.
Ken L
Soap dispenser work and looks perfect. Great customer service also! Reached out to offer advice when I hadnt even asked. Luckily, worked with no issues so that was awesome.
alma
This dispenser popped right in. In about 10 minutes after opening the box, it was installed. The action of the pump is very smooth. If you go real slow you can get just a drop or two which is sometimes all you need. I'm very happy.
NikNo
I cannot comment on the functionality of the soap dispenser because we haven't had an opportunity to put it to use. I can comment on how aesthetically it complements my kitchen sink and faucet. Also, the delivery was quick and the item arrived in excellent condition. Hopefully, I can update my review in the next couple of months; once all the repairs from Hurricane Harvey is complete and I can move back into my home.

I replaced an expensive Kohler sink mount soup dispenser that never worked right from day-1. This soap dispenser from Kimi works great and looks great. Whether a full pump to get a lot or a partial pump to get just a pit; and it doesn't drip or leak after the fact. Also the arm where the soap comes out is a bit longer than most which I need given how the holes in my granite counter top are drilled. Yes I would buy this again and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for this type of soap dispenser.
Zoey512
Our old soap dispenser stopped pumping so I looked online and came across this one. It fits in with my faucet fixtures just fine, and works great.
Katie Amaral
Was easy to install but most of the time I can not get the detergent to come out and if I do by chance, one small squirt only.
Bear
Price was right, nice bronze finish but the best part was not having to crawl under the sink to refill the dispenser. Where was this feature thirty years ago with my other dispensers I have bought over the years.
Paul Anthony Dean
Purchased a Delta model when the counters were first installed which never really dispensed the soap well. Decided to do a search for something with some other mechanism. I don’t think this one is technically different from the last one we had, except this one actually works! For the first time in about three years I am able to put any soap in it and not worry if it will come out or need to be diluted. Great product.
Amazon Customer
I had removed my 'hose' water sprayer from my kitchen sink and bought this to fill the hole left behind.I love it! It was easy to install (took me about 5 minutes), and it looks great on my sink. It works just as promised. Can't ask for more than that!
Peg
This one is worth the few extra dollars. It's easy to fill, sturdy, and dispenses just the right amount of soap with no effort. Bought a less expensive one and had to return because it took two hands to pump then put out a tablespoon of soap!
Lvs2shop
This product mounts easily . It fills from the top. Metal finish matches stainless sink and brushed nickel faucet beautifully.Pump primes easily and dispenses consistently.
madfarmer
I was getting back pains/spasms from filling the soap dispenser under my sink. It was very awkward and I had back surgery about 2 years ago, so the reaching, twisting, and manipulating was getting to me. I decided there had to be a better way. I searched and found this top fill soap dispenser that works great. Hopefully no more back pains.
Ray Iannuzzelli
Instructions where clear and accurate. One of the two supplied soap bottle fit. The silicone hoses are the best, flexible, sturdy and long enough to get the job done. The in-line one-way gate valve is simple and effectively designed. I will likely order more as gifts.
Dietzdad
We bought 4 of these to replace our old dispensers. They shipped quickly and were easy to install. They look great hope and seem to be a good quality product. Hope they last.
S. Jost
I bought this to replace my bathroom faucets. I had originally bought a much cheaper one at a large store, but then also ordered this to compare. This is very sturdy, has a high end finish and installed properly. Worth the extra money.
K. Anderson
It fit perfectly into the old hole in the countertop. It took me less than 10 minutes to install. Good quality and the soap bottle (plastic) was twice the size of the old one (also plastic). Price was reasonable and arrived on time.
Tony C
Worked out fine for us. Takes some time to fill from the top the first time so I recommend filling the bottle before installing. Make sure the tube is inserted before you put the top piece through the counter.
Amazon Customer
Very easy to install, working well, and matches nicely with other brushed nickel fixtures. For the price I was hoping for more metal parts but time will tell on durability. Check back in a few years.
msbarra
We saw this at our friend's house and I was complimenting how good it worked and he told me he got it on Amazon so we came home ordered one and it was so simple to install fill it up it... fills from the top which is even better ..it's got great suction and I will never go without one again .definitely would recommend this one... just one comment about installations we had a stainless steel sink and it did take a little longer to get the hole drilled but we got through it!!
Joanne M.
I needed a replacement dispenser as my other one rotted away and broke. This fits perfectly and is nice and snug against my granite counter top. It works very well the the extension tube sold separately.
jrp510
Feels light duty, but has been working great the last couple months. I'll report back in a year or so. My original pump made by Ruvati was very heavy duty, but stopped working after a year and a half...hopefully, this one does better.
ScottP
We bought this soap dispenser for our house remodel which won't be completed for a few months, so we haven't had a chance to install this yet. The product, however, looks well made and is sturdy. It will certainly hold a lot, and we won't have to be refilling it very often. We're anxious to see it in action once the remodel is done.
Golfer Dave
The spout is longer than the one we have before this and that assures anything that falls, definitely gets into the sink and not the sidewall. You do need to pour the soup into the dispenser very slowly to not overload the lid opening, but that's not such a big deal. Overall, this fits the need!
JRBS
I always install soap dispensers with an extension kit (e.g. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PQVD4VY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) so there is no messing filling the little bottle. Some more expensive and name brand dispensers are not up to the challenge of sucking the soap from the big bottle but this one is. Very happy.
Corey
Bought a 'name' brand less than a year ago. First, shot the soap out way to far, so hard to control and second, stopped working. And, yes, I tried everything I could to find on how to get it working again and no luck, it just locked up. This one is easier to control direction. Instead of using the soap bottled included with kit, I went with an extended tube to a large soap bottle sitting underneath the sink. No more guessing is bottle empty or going to overflow and this dispenser keeps the soap there using only one pump.
Michael
I love everything about this dispenser. First, you fill it up from the top instead of the bottom. Second, it's so easy to install and third, it looks great. The spout is also long enough so I can pump soap directly into the sink for soaking.
E. ARIAS
The stainless color and matt finish look great. The soap container is pretty narrow which allowed it to fit in the tiny space we have under the sink. Very very happy with it. The price is a bit high though, but I needes these specific dimensions.
Amazon Customer
Not a lot to say, other than this was easy to install, and I think it works better than the original one that came with the faucet. Plus, the brushed nickel matches the rest of the sink hardware perfectly. It's always great when the inexpensive option works better than what you had before.
WallaWalla
So easy to install! I also piggy backed a longer hose onto the hose that came with it and put it directly into my dish soap bottle...no need to refill, just get a new bottle!
D. Clark
I got this in June 2018, the unit looked good and worked fine. Finally had to refill it in October. I had an issue with the pump head coming off after filling it. I contacted the seller, KIMI Store, by email and heard back from Sean within the hour. I explained the problem and he sent out a replacement the next day, priority mail. A big shout out to Sean for taking care of this for me!
D L Martin
Good quality product. Easy to install and convenient to fill. Feels sturdy. The only downside for me is the brushed nickel is a lot brighter than my existing finishes. Maybe because mine are older and darkened. I like the product so I’m not returning. Maybe it will darken with age too.
BTE
Installation is very simple and so far working well. It's too early to tell for durability (had it for 1week), but feels more robust as compared to cheaper alternatives. Long snout keeps it away from sink wall, and doesn't require lot of force to get amount of soap we need. Little higher on price, but bought it for durability (last cheap version lasted only 1+ year before hose and housing got discolored).
SSL
Color perfectly matched our sink and faucet combination and made a nice, clean way to keep soap handy without having to have a separate dispenser taking up space on the counter. Installation was relatively easy, hardest part was cutting through the quartz sink (used a bi-metal hole saw). May convert this later with one of those extension kits, so that we can hook it up direct to a larger soft soap container kept on the cabinet floor.
Lees Summit
Seems to work well. Easy to install (if you are a contortionist but that's not the fault of the product). Looks good and has a longer spout than the one it replaced. It's hard to determine durability as I've only had it a short while but I have no reason to believe it won't last. Very happy so far.
James
The soap dispenser seems to be working much better than the Kohler one that came with the faucet. I like that I can fill from the top. The one issue I'm having is that it seems a bit stiff; however I think it might be the soap itself. It was one of those huge refill bottles. I'm going to try adding a little water & think that will help.
IronChefSr
The soap dispenser works very well. I would have been a bit displeased about the plastic mounting pipe but, having to hacksaw and chisel and break off the old soap dispenser metal pipe being replaced, I now appreciate that it is much less corrodible and, when needing replacement, more removable. The brushed nickel finish fits in well with our other plumbing appliances.
immab
I am not a fan of this. I own and have used a couple other similar dispensers and none are as annoying as this. There is no range of how much soap is dispensed. It’s either pinhead sized (If you just tap your sponge to the tip) or a HUGE amount. It ends up wasting a TON of soap. It catches as you’re pushing down so you have to push quite hard and it squirts everywhere.
Shelly Skees
I finally got around to replacing the lousy soap dispenser we had in our countertop. I was putting it off because it's a chore to get my arm under and in back of the sink in order to access the underside. BUT, I'm glad I did. This soap dispenser looks great, was easy to install, and at a very reasonable price. Also, the seller sent along excellent instructions ... not that it's a complicated install but I appreciate the gesture!
Emmelyn
The visible part of the soap dispenser looks study and sleek. I was able to screw down the soap dispenser tightly so it wouldn't move around or allow leaks, like my old one. The bottom part is just like my old dispenser with it's brittle, thin plastic. The bottom broke off in my old dispenser and made a terrible mess on the shelf and ruined the food under the sink. If the bottle was sturdier, it wouldn't make it so vulnerable. I would gladly pay more for a sturdier product.
robkal
I bought 2. I use one for dish soap and the other for hand lotion. My sink has the holes sized at 1 3/8'. The dispensers are sized at 1' but their bases are large enough to cover the larger 1 3/8' holes. They mounted fine with no issues. A huge plus with these dispensers is that you can refill them from the top. No need to crawl under the sink to un-screw the and refill the bottles.
River
I'm sorry to report....the product was too small to make a quick change-over.I just needed A topreplacement. I also found it to look a little cheap but I assume the material was different from what I had.I'm old and didn't want to make a complete change. Thank you for your follow up.
Washington
Wow! Easy install and works great. One small pump and you have all the dawn (or whatever you use) you need. Looks good and my wife likes it. Nuff said. Get one...
John Parani
been using it for the past 2 weeks. Product appears to be in good quality . Hope it last the warranty.Based on my current usage, would recommend this product
Rex
It looks like it could be the same brand as the faucet that was installed at the same time. The finish for the faucet and the soap dispenser had different names but they look identical, thank goodness. I would call the finish 'dull' or matte. You will certainly hear more from me, as time will tell how long the pump operates efficiently.
Mrs. C
Easy to install with clear instructions, finish great match to Moen Stainless Steel dual tub sink. Very pleased with the overall quality and material. Would recommend to a friend.
Walter J. Sutkowski
I had to replace the dispenser that came with the Delta faucet set. The Delta was harder to fill from the top. The new faucet has a larger throat allowing it to be filled without removing the bottle from the underside of the sink.
Amazon Customer
For the exact same price, Home Depot sells the same product that's made out of metal and won't break nearly as easily as this cheaply made dispenser will.
Craig
Bought this along with a faucet in the brushed nickel goes along side by side nicely.
Liset C.
I ordered what I thought was a premium soap pump. I received the exact same product that I had purchased approximately a year earlier when I had ordered the cheap one. Save your money and buy the one that costs half the price.
Paul Weibel
I purchased this soap dispenser to replace one installed during a kitchen remodel 25 years ago. It looked like the one I had and purchased it. It turned out to be chrome plated plastic. It works, but looks and feels cheaper than the metal chrome pump I replaced which had a crack in the threaded tube connecting the soap container to the pump. I plan to remove it and use the plastic connector with the old pump.
Dusty
I have had to replace my kitchen sink soap dispensers too many times! Normally, I replace with the Home Depot or Koeler brand, so far, I am really impressed with the quality of this brand! Highly recommend! Own many rental homes, replacing all kitchen dispensers with this brand.
Kathryn Williamson
It worked fine for a little while. Then the soap ran out so I thought. I got my soap out to refill the dispenser and look under my sick and all I see is soap everywhere. The plastic bottle that hold the soap broke and made a huge mess under the sink.
NYCVIJAY
Exactly what I was looking for. It's a very nice quality dispenser and matched the sink and faucet perfectly!
Amazons Customers
So far this soap dispenser for my kitchen sink works well. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is that I think it would be better if the dispenser spout curved downwards a little more like my previous dispenser did. Maybe if this was installed in the corner of my sink that would make a difference. As is is, I just cup my hand or sponge under the dispenser so the soap doesn't squirt almost straight out and it works great.
Laurie H.
When I had a new sink installed in my kitchen island, I had a hole drilled for a soap dispenser....in order to reduce the clutter. I looked at all of the soap dispenser options on Amazon. This one was more expensive than several others. But, it got good reviews and it most closely matched the faucet that would be next to it.It looks great. However, the spout is so long, dispensing soap into your palm with just one hand is nearly impossible. The soap goes past your palm and into the sink. As a result, dispensing soap is a 2-hand operation....palm under the spout and the other hand depressing the dispenser. Also, the dispenser is requiring more and more effort to depress. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed and will probably replace this with a different version soon.
LAQ
right out of the box you can tell that this dispenser is of very high quality. it has a very good weight. the brushed metal is smooth and even. after installation, the pump is smooth and dispenses after just a few pumps. other cheap dispensers i've purchased before requires constant pumping and looses the suction to keep the soap dispensing. this dispenser is worth spending more money on and i believe it will last a very long time.
norminsf
FINALLY!!! A soap container that fit my existing Pfister soap dispenser. When I moved in the plumbers threw away the soap bottle by mistake so I’ve never used the in counter dispenser. I’ve purchased 2 others from Pfister and neither fit. Fed up after 2 years, I bought this to replace the entire dispenser and when I saw the soap container I knew it would fix my existing dispenser. Seconds later it was installed and I was dancing in the kitchen. Even though I didn’t actually use the dispenser I’m elated with this purchase.
Christine
Installed this dispenser, I've done several as they really don't last long. The Kimi didn't work straight out of the box.Pumped it to get the soap to dispense but, the pump head leaked air so the soap would simply retreat down into the reservoir. I'm starting to think one company makes them for all the distributers.
Mary McEwen
Nice brushed nickel device that is easy to install and that works well. We added plantation shutters to our kitchen that interfered with the more expensive dispenser that matched the faucet. We needed something shorter like this product. Very pleased and appreciated the proactive email from this supplier listing installation instructions and a place to contact if we had issues.
EagleDrvr
Very nice dispensers. I bought one to try for dishwashing soap, then a second one for hand soap. Wonderful to get rid of the dishwashing bottle and bar of hand soap off of my sink and counter. Should have done this long ago! Downward slope at end of spout works perfect for me. A little nervous tightening plastic bottles onto spout fixture (due to some reviewers saying theirs had broken) but mine did not break while tightening firmly. The bottle do seem a bit fragile but hopefully they will hold up over time. Brushed brass look matches my faucet very nicely. Happy kitty.

This was a budget-priced brushed nickel dispenser and so far, it's working well. Install was easy. Had this for a few months now and it's still going strong. No issues. I would still be careful when you press down on it, to press down on the center of the top piece and not press down on the nozzle that sticks out and hangs over the sink as it looks like it would break off.Man, my wife makes our kitchen look so nice. She's got such an eye for decorating and keeps this house looking spic and span. I hit the jackpot with this one!
Paul Dare
I installed it within 5 minutes. My old unit was a bit larger so I had to position this unit exactly over the hole while someone tightens the screw nut from the bottom. However once it covered the hole it made a good seal.It dispenses a good amount of soap with ease. The old one it replaced was only dispensing about half and you had to manually pull it up after each push as it became stuck easily. This Unit however is working great and I couldn't be happier - let's hope it remains this way for years to come :)
Sheldon
While it was easy to install, based on the directions, I’m not very excited about the quality. It does not tighten down enough with the part provided. Also filling it seems to be difficult. You can add only a small amount of soap at a time, or it will bubble over.
Dawn
I have two of these in a camper van installed into the preexisting holes in a sink. While they do work, the tips constantly get clogged (using liquid Dial soap in one and Dr. Bronners in the other). The tips are also way longer than needed for our Moen sink. And the worst part is they aren't angled down much. These three problems combine and they tend to shoot soap out horizontally and have sprayed across the van several times.
Jane Doe
Installed easily enough. Nice big container is fairly narrow so it fits in tight space. Generic design is no show stopper but it will go with most any faucet. Doesn’t give out great gobs of soap all at once and can give just a little if you’re careful of the pressure you give the plunger. Fills from the top which seems to be pretty standard and the only option that makes any sense.
Ian McIntosh
We got two, one for hand soap and one for dish soap. Good looking units with convenient top fill so you don't have to crawl under the sink to refill. The one negative is it is hard to pump just a tiny amount due to the O ring seal stiction, you start to push lightly and it doesn't move, push a little harder and it releases which then gives you a whole squirt. We have learned to cover the end of the pipe so soap doesn't shoot across the room. A minor quibble though so recommend overall.
Karen
The install, looks, and function of the soap dispenser is all fine and five stars. My one complaint is the way the unit dispenses the soap. It seems like the spring is too strong or rigid because there's no ability to dispense a quarter amount or half amount of soap: You push down on the top and have to keep increasing your downward pressure until the top just 'gives' - and then it shoots a large wad of soap out. So you have to have your sponge or hand or whatever placed perfectly or it shoots the soap off-mark which is a separate issue. I feel that with a weaker spring one could press down just a bit and get a little soap, press a little harder get a little more, etc. That's how the previous dispenser worked so this was an unwelcome surprise. Maybe with time the spring will loosen up or weaken and there will be a greater variance of soap able to be dispensed.
Mike S
This works better than the Kraus I got to match my faucet. That stopped working completely after a few days. However after a couple weeks or so this clogs a bit. Because you don’t know you press down and it spurts out forcefully, onto your clothes. It’s happened twice and I’ve only had this a month.

This is a good soap dispenser and it was easy to install but I’m having a slight issue with dispensing too much soap. The dispenser gets stuck when I press on the soap dispenser and when I press a little harder, it dispenses too much. I don’t know if this is an issue with just the one I have or others as well.

We have a really nice Moen faucet that came with a separate soap dispenser. The faucet is holding up very well but the plastic soap dispenser quit working and the cheap plastic was starting to peel off from the moisture. This new stainless steel pump matches the bushed nickel on our faucet perfectly. The base and the pump are both made of stainless and I'm sure they'll have no problem resisting corrosion. Also, the pump is very strong and the soap dispenses easily with the first press! No more pumping for 5 minutes to get just a drop like the old pump. I highly recommend this product.

I bought similar soap dispenser to this one from amazon for 13 dollars and it broke quickly. I tried to finder better quality and order this one for almost 3 times more and when I revived the item saw that it is exactly same as old one but different maker. Install it and it worked for very short time, and it broke exactly same place and privious one.
