QUICK AND HEALTHY BREAKFAST YOU CAN MAKE IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES
You can't just run out the door without grabbing your breakfast. We all know how important breakfast is so, there should be no excuses to skip it. What makes us not eat breakfast sometimes is the lack of time to make one. But who says making healthy and nutritious breakfast will take a lot of time?
Here are some Quick and Easy breakfast recipes you can make in just 5 minutes! Super healthy too!
1.) Breakfast smoothie bowl will always be number one on the list. Not only it's super healthy and nutritious, but it is easy to make. It won't take you more than 5 minutes. Basically, a smoothie bowl is like your regular smoothie in a cup but thicker consistency. You can choose your favorite fruits and sprinkle it on top. You can even add yogurt and honey depending on your taste. And it is super quick and easy to make! Perfect for people on the go! All you need is to choose your frozen favorite fruits, put em in a blender, blend and add your favorite milk and yogurt. Pour it in a bowl or any container you like then cut some bananas, strawberries, and other fruits you want and sprinkle them on top. You can add your superfood too like chia seeds, flaxseeds, or any seeds of your choice and honey to add sweetness to it.
2.) Instant Oatmeal sounds processed and full of chemicals, right? You can actually make your very own instant oatmeal the natural way and in less than 5 minutes! Here's how you can make it. First, you will need your oatmeal mix. Mix 1 cup of almond flour, 1 cup of coconut, 2tbsp of cinnamon and a half teaspoon of salt then mix. Set aside in a jar or any container. Smash 2 bananas in a microwaveable bowl and put a cup of your oatmeal mix on top and pour a cup of milk then mix. Put it in the microwave and cook for just a minute and you're done! Ready to eat! Just add blueberries or any fruit of your choice and nuts.
3.) Transforming your toast into a gorgeous meal doesn't have to be that hard and long. Perfect for quick bites. All you need is to smash avocado then spread it to your bread. Top it with hemp seeds, a pinch of black pepper and salt then toast! Put it in a plate and slice thin lemon, mango, strawberries or pineapple and decorate your plate to make it look fancy!
